WHO WE ARE

Langlois Roofing, Inc. is a second-generation roofing company started in 1962. We recognize that owners and facility managers are in need of professional services designed specifically to maintain their roofing asset. It is through our maintenance efforts that we earned the trusts of numerous repeat clients throughout the years. We are fully insured and we follow OSHA guidelines at all times.

We are a member of Chicago Roofer’s Union Local #11, Midwest Roofing Council, and the National Roofing Contractor’s Association, and has served as a board member on the J. P. Stevens Mid-West Roofer’s Council.

We were recognized by Firestone Building Products and given an award for outstanding performance in systems installed from 1992–2011

We achieved the Master Contractor Award from Firestone Building Products Company. This award recognizes the company for their dedication to quality roofing installations. This award was given to the top 250 contractors in the U.S. and Canada.

BASIC EMERGENCY LEAK CALL

If you have a leak at any site we can provide 24 hr emergency and 48 hr non-emergency response. Along with our repairs you will receive before and after photos of all the work performed. Langlois Roofing will work under a pre-determined NTE or work at a time and material fee. While at the site, we will also provide you a full site survey. (See attached sample) The Roof survey will tell you what type of roof you have, the current condition and photos of current defects. Your roof will be eligible for one of our roof maintenance programs

FULL SITE SURVEY

This roof survey will let you know what type of roof you have, the condition of the roof and visual defects found at that time. All of this will be photo-documented with description of defects and a solution for repair with cost. This is a great tool for budgeting future repairs.

PREMIER ROOF MAINTENANCE PLAN

We will perform remedial repairs on all defects found at time of repair. You will receive free leak calls for one full year and 24 hr response on all leak calls. Langlois Roofing will also provide semi-annual roof condition reports and debris removal at that time. A 1 year budget report will be provided for repairs, and we will develop a roof asset management account. Please see contract for details.

FULL SITE REPLACEMENT & NEW CONSTRUCTION

We are capable to handle any size job when replacement is the required option. Langlois Roofing is factory certified with all manufacturers.

FULL SHEET METAL DEPT.

Capable of doing standing seem metal roofs, metal wall panels and/or any other roof-related sheet metal.
